Overview

Three Android apps cover the key on-site operations — entry scanning, ticket sales, and point-of-sale. All three authenticate with the same admin credentials used for the web dashboard, support Sunmi hardware (printers, cash drawers, NFC readers), and integrate with Stripe Terminal for card payments.

The Apps

Access Control Pro

Ticket validation and entry management. Scan QR codes, NFC wristbands, or barcodes to admit attendees, track capacity, and control zone access — online or offline.

Box Office Pro

On-the-door ticket sales. Browse events, select seats, process payments (including split payments), and issue tickets with printed receipts or NFC pairing.

EPOS Pro

Point-of-sale for food, beverage, and retail. Sell products, manage stock, process top-ups and cash-outs, and operate with NFC-based cashless payments.

Shared Capabilities

CapabilityDescription
Admin loginAll apps use the same email and password as the admin dashboard. Permissions control what each staff member can access.

Sunmi hardwareReceipt printing, cash drawers, and built-in NFC on supported Sunmi devices.
NFC supportRead and write NFC tags (MIFARE Classic, DESFire, NTag) for cashless payments, ticket pairing, and customer identification.
Second screenOn dual-screen devices, a customer-facing display shows basket contents, totals, and payment prompts.
White-label brandingLogos, colours, and gradients can be customised per company.
Offline operationAccess Control Pro and EPOS Pro support full offline mode. Box Office Pro requires a connection for basket and payment operations.

Configuration

Each app has its own settings screen for toggling payment methods, connecting hardware, and enabling optional features. The admin panel also controls what’s available to the apps — for example, EPOS shops and products are configured in the EPOS settings, while event access zones are set up in access control configuration.
